5 Paragraph Essay

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Today in writing, we took some time to walk you through the writing rubric, and give you some feedback on writing a five paragraph essay. If you'd like to learn more you might want to check out this BrainPop video all about the five paragraph essay. In fact, BrainPop has all sorts of great videos to help you as a writer. You have not been asked to take any graded quizzes for these videos, so please do not.

There are tons of other options to help you with learning more about the five paragraph essay format. The main to remember is the organization of your ideas/paragraphs.

    I learned that the very first paragraph is called an introductory paragraph. Also, that every paragraph needs to have a topic sentence.
