  1. When it comes to food I eat everyday, I know that junk food makes more pounds gain and makes you lazy. Healthy food makes you lose a little bit of pounds and makes you strong and have more energy. That’s what I know about the food we eat each day.
    I think it is important about how we chose to eat, and I think it is important about what we chose to eat. Junk food doesn’t do any good for your body. It makes you really lazy, It makes you gain pounds, and eating too much can give you diabetes. Healthy food does good for your body. It makes you have energy, it makes you be strong, it makes you grow, and it has nutrients.

      I love your comment! There are some things that are strange. What I mean by that is that the junk food part, makes it interesting, but I don't understand why you wrote just a little bit about it. If I were you I would add a lot more about junk food, because imagine that somebody, like adding what junk food contains. Gerardo, how are you sure that ONLY healthy food makes you lose weight. What I think you are saying there is that, if I were to sit down and eat a lot of fruits and healthy food, I could lose a lot of weight? Also on the first sentence of the second paragraph, you wrote the same things two times. Gerardo eating to much junk food can give you diabetes, can you explain why like tell them that too much sugar or salt can make you sick. Gerardo, I hope that that's not all you know about healthy food, it is good, but explain why. That can make it more helpful for students.

      You are right. Although I'm not quite sure about eating too much will make you lazy. I think that it will make you just a little lazy depending on how much food or junk food you eat. I eat a lot and I'm not that lazy. So I think that it just depends on how much you eat. Other than that I think that the rest is great.

      I love how you made your paragraph! You had a great explanation about junk food! Junk food is a great way to explain something bad or not healthy for you. To me takis is not a good food but it's a junk food.Nice job!

  2. Every day we eat 3 meals, with comparing percentages of types of foods. Most probably, we eat them with a good unhealthy blast of MSG, and eat with that, we eat genetically engineered foods. If we’re lucky, we get organic foods without MSG. Each meal, we eat fruit, vegetables, any food with protein, and grains, with a bit of dairy. This typical meal would probably include an apple, broccoli, chicken, two pieces of toast, and a glass of milk. The fruit and vegetables have the most vitamins. My personal favorites are garlic and onions, which are rich in nutrients and vitamins. While the vegetables run our body, the protein gives us the fuel we need to act. I’m not sure what the other two food groups do for us, though.


    In my opinion, we have started to rely on big food companies that pour an ounce of MSG per burger and use wheat so genetically modified it’s DNA is hardly recognizable. MSG, first of all, is just plain unhealthy. I mean, it’s rotten fish juice that’s dried by salt. What’s even remotely healthy about that? And genetically modified foods? We’re essentially creating a new organism that’s probably a cancer agent, and eliminating small farmers who want to be independent just because it’s cheap and easy to grow.

    When it comes to eating food every day I know that you need protein, grains, vegetables, fruits, and dairy. Protein is what gives our energy to move. Grains help keep us healthy. Vegetables keep us strong. Fruits is keeping us from gaining to much fat. Dairy keeps us from being dehydrated.
    Eating chocolate is not to bad for you as long as you eat just a little. If you eat healthy you will not get to fat. If you eat fat it is good for you if you do not eat to much. Chocolate is good but if you eat to much a day you could be eating unhealthy.

    2. Dear Cole, I think you gave me realy good information because I always havent eatin chocolet very much because I've always tought it was realy unhealthy for you eaven if you eat a little. now I know tha tit's ok to eat chocolet a little more often than I do. Thank you for this information.

    I rather like to talk about the things I eat at home, and I want to talk about the snacks and dinner. I hope you would enjoy and agree with my opinion and information. Enjoy~!
    Well first, my snack that I eat at home is a variety of rice crackers. My snack includes such things as plants like leeks and grains like sesame seeds. I find that my snack also has other information. It includes salt and spice for the flavoring. But, the salt doesn’t really keep me hydrated. I never actually tasted anything sweet in the snacks. If you ever look at a rice crackers nutrition facts, there would be like 0.2 grams or sugar. But, I have an idea that rice crackers have under 100 calories...and I don’t know whether that is a good sign or not. It doesn’t get me really fat either and I think that’s a good sign. Rice crackers are originally from Japan if I’m correct and it’s best with tea. Sadly, I am more amused with iced tea and eating the crackers separately. It gives a very good portion of carbohydrate. I might bring some around the year.
    The dinner I eat is called com đặc biệt. It’s a Vietnamese dinner that my mom makes. If you eat at Vietnamese cuisines, you would see it on the menu. It includes such as beef, pork, chicken, eggs, vegetables, nước mắm, rice, and some other such side dishes and stuff to it. I know that since my mom makes it, I know mine is fresh and that it’s quite healthy too. As told from such that Vietnamese don’t use much oil, and a lot of other ingredients. The dish is like a rainbow too. There is no fried delicacies in it either. This is just something that I eat every Thursday and Sunday. Knowing with the ingredients like leeks, and pepper, etc, I am guaranteed to get a well balanced dinner. It always gets me excited and each dish of it has a different meat, vegetable, spice, etc. It’s really delicious of what I eat and I might bring some to class for you all if I ever have the time to.     When it comes to my food I each day,I know it includes many things. For example, it contains Vitamins C, D, or A. The Vitamin A, C, and D, are really important because, you can know what type of Vitamins your eating, or drinking. I know that when I put food in my mouth, it can be healthy or unhealthy. An unhealthy thing to eat may be chocolate, cupcakes, cakes, and much more. A healthy thing to eat or drink is milk, apples, and more! A way that is important when choosing your food, is that you make sure it has less sugar or salt. When we pick food we have to make sure it is healthy, and it gives you energy. I mean almost everything you eat gives you lots of energy but not everything. Healthy tip is that when you eat too much sugar or salt, you can get really sick, so make sure that you don’t eat much sugar and salt.

    When my parents make food (Mexican food), it is really different. Have you ever heard of Mole? Mole is like eating chocolate and meat at the same time! I think it is gross, but most Mexican people that I know, enjoy it! I don’t like it because, Mole, is chocolate with Meat and some sugar. I don’t eat because of the chocolate. THe chocolate that we use is call “Chocolate de Abuelita.” It is good chocolate to drink, but it doesn’t taste good with meat. I have no clue why many Mexicans like it. I am a Mexican, there are many things I love to eat that is Mexican but Mole is not my style. Like when you or your parents make rice, they add a lot of salt. I don’t eat that much rice because of the salt. I think it is gross, but at the same time I like rice. It's just there is too much salt.

    When it comes to food we eat each day, I know we need to eat fruits and vegetables. These can help you stay strong. Another thing we should eat is protein. Finally, I think we should eat iron. Iron is things like beats. We should also eat things that have vitamins

    I think we shouldn’t eat too much sugar or fast foods. These foods can cause fat which can cause diabetes or you can get obese.

    When it comes to the food I eat each day I know what I’m putting into my body. In the Mornings I usually eat waffles with butter and syrup. I know that waffles are made of wheat and sugar. I just don’t know what’s in syrup. I do know that butter is made from milk and it’s also a dairy. I love to eat fruit, some veggies, and of course I love to eat honey ham. I know a little bit about each one. I just shouldn’t eat a lot of it. For dinner I usually eat mashed potatoes and a variety of fruits with chicken or ham. I know a bit about each thing.
    I think that we need a little bit of sugar and you need some calories. I think that you should eat healthy otherwise you could get diabetes or you could get a stroke or even a heart attack. I know that if you eat about one dark chocolate bar each month, it can be healthy for you.

  8. When it comes to the food I eat each day, I know the basic ingredients that make it. I also know whether it is healthy or not. I know if the portions are the right size.
    I think it is important that when we choose to eat something, we need to make sure that if we eat too much, you need to be able to exercise. We also need to make sure.
    I have eaten big game such as moose, elk, deer, and strange seafood such as calamari(Fried Squid meat). I think it tasted good but I’m not sure if it was good for me or not. With this being said, I think that we should eat things that we know if they are good for our body or not.
    There is a picture of my lunch. In my lunch everyday, I have soda. Soda contains chemicals that can cause cancer. I also bring various snacks with chocolate. Chocolate is delicious but it is also not the best thing to eat. It contains lots of sugars. I also have a sandwich. My sandwiches have bologna, ham, and turkey. This is the most healthy part of my lunch. Lastly, I bring cheese balls. These are tasty, but they also contain lots of fattening oils.

  9. What do you already know about the food you eat each day?
    When it comes to the food I eat each day, I know that vitamins are good for you, like vitamin A, B, C, D, Iron is good for you too. Those things you can usually find in cereal, if it’s a healthy kind. Protein is very good for you but I wouldn’t want to eat worms! Fruits and vegetables are good for your body too. Being a vegetarian is healthy, same as carnivore and an omnivore. But you can also choose to eat junk food, which isn’t too good at all. Chips, cookies, candy, greasy bacon, and all that yummy stuff is so bad for you. Some of your favorite restaurants are probably all fat! Mc. Donalds started to add fruits to every kid’s meal because it needed to be healthier. If you choose to eat the bad stuff, you will... well... get fat. Carrots are very good for you, they help your eyes too. Calamari Squid tastes like chicken. Now you’re probably all like “Woah Woah Woah, that came out of nowhere. Wait, Chicken? No way” It’s true, it tastes exactly like chicken, just a little squishier. I liked it! Another interesting food, Turduckin. It’s a Duck (tur -duck- in), stuffed inside a Chicken (turduck- in-), stuffed inside a Turkey (-tur- duckin). It’s like a little slice of heaven. Delicious.

    It is very important to eat the good stuff so your body will grow strong and healthy. Fruits, vegetables, grains, and protein. It is important to not eat too much junk food. There’s this show called my strange addiction, one person was addicted to eating raw meat. That’s not too good for you. Raw meat can carry diseases and get you sick. If you eat a bratwurst that wasn’t cooked all the way you could get very sick and die. As long as you choose the right things to help support your body and stay healthy, you should be fine.

    When I eat food I know that we are eating from the food pyramid. The food pyramid contains all the foods that they come from(maybe not all the foods). Like an apple or a orange are both good examples of fruits. There are different food choices. I love to eat ranch with carrots. I know that carrots are really good. I know that carrots are vegetables so they are really good for us. But I also know that ranch is mixed up with different things that I don’t know of but I am sure that not all the things that are in ranch are really healthy. This is what I know about what I eat each day.
    What I think is important about what we choose to eat each day is how much we get of one thing each day. One type of food may taste so nasty but may be so healthy so we should get enough of that so we will be healthy. I am addicted to takis but I know that they are not healthy so we should get less each and every day. The point I am trying to make is that we should get nasty but healthy food every day that way we will be healthy. Even though something tastes good we shouldn’t eat if it’s not healthy.

  11. Dear Mr. Moore, When it comes to the food I eat each day, I know is that when you eat fruit you get all that nutritions and it helps your body get energy to run or do any exercise. Also the important thing is that when you eat healthy things and just a certain amount your body will be relaxed and ready for the whole day. The thing that happens when you don’t eat healthy and you eat a lot of junk food you might get diabetes and that is bad for your body. When you eat food it also has iron in it and that also helps your body and many things have iron in it.

    The other important thing is that when you drink water it is healthy for you and you get really good nutritious but when you drink juice you won’t get the nutrients you need like the water. I think this is important because you can know what you eat and get good nutritious. This is also important because it is very healthy for you and you get energy by all the healthy things you eat.

  12. What do you already know about the food you eat each day?
    I know that I eat unhealthy, I haven't ate a fruit or vegetable in 7 years! I do eat some beans and I like bread and lots of dairy and lots of snacks. I need to eat more fruit. I need to eat more fruit and vegetables and less snacks, candy and balance my plate (pyramid.)

    What and how you choose to eat can decide if you will be a strong adult or not. If you eat healthy you will grow-up strong and you will live long. If you eat unhealthy you will not be as strong and will not live as long. So you (and me) should eat healthy to be strong for long and live for 110 years.

    When it comes to food I eat each day, I know that you should get things that are naturally made like getting bread that is whole wheat instead of white. White bread is man made bread that is not made from wheat. You should only have about 1/4th of your plate full of one thing if there are four types of foods for you to pick from. 1/4th should be grains, 1/4 should be protein, 1/4 should be fruit 1/4 should be veggies, and last of all you should have a glass of milk for a drink and for the dairy part. Junk food shouldn’t be in your daily meals because there are tons of bad things like sugar, sweeteners, there are also artificial preservatives which aren’t good for your bodies.
    I think it is important on how or what we choose to eat it’s important because if you lots of junk food daily you would get fat and lazy and when you are fat and lazy you won’t be good sports and you won’t be climbing things like mountains and rock walls.

    What I know about what I eat is that you have to eat food with a lot of grains and nutrients to keep my body healthy. We also can’t eat food that is bad for your bodies. For example, Chips, soda, Ice cream, fried food, and fast food. What I eat at home is kind of different then what I eat here. For example, lots of different varieties of Mexican food. I think food is important because it helps our body get stronger and healthy. What we choose to eat is important because some food makes you gain weight and others don’t. For example, the things that fast food restaurants feed you.

    What I know about what I eat each day, Today I ate pasta with meatballs which is pounded wheat and grains and the sauce is a tomato paste, and spices. Meatballs are some kind of meat with spices made into a ball.

    I think that if you just eat junk food it is unhealthy because you can get diabetes. We can lose muscles and get real sick. Because your muscles depend on protein and meat to keep them strong. Milk is a big thing with protein and vitamins it helps you grow and keeps you healthy.

    I don’t think that everybody knows what they put into their bodies every time they eat. Like the school lunches we don’t really know what is in it but we sort of have an idea what is in it and they know it is not bad for us when we eat it. I think that a good way of getting or choosing the correct things is to know what you are eating. Like at school if you don’t like the lunch you should bring a sack lunch so first of all you know what you are eating and second you know where the food is coming from.
    Another way you can choose to eat right is to read the labels and nutrition facts of the food you are buying. This way you know how much sugar, fat, etc. something is in that certain food. Eat healthy, I think eating healthy is not necessarily getting what you like is you get what is good for your body. Something might be good for your body but it might taste great. Thats why you should eat a lot of greens or fruits and vegetables. Also when you eat you want to get enough good things for your body. You should almost have every color in the rainbow on your plate. Like red-strawberries, orange-orange, yellow-lemonade, green-kiwi, etc. Some fruit and vegetables are genetically made different. Like seedless grapes or seedless watermelon and bright red big strawberries. Some fruit and vegetables are good to. Like I love all types of fruits and vegetables.
    When you eat you need to read the nutrition facts. There are also many different things that you can eat that might sound weird but are good to eat. When you read the nutrition facts you need to check the percents of everything. Like if something doesn’t have a lot of grease. sugar and something that that has high-fructose corn syrup. But you might be suprised to the things people put in things to make them taste good. Next, lets talk about what we eat as snacks.
    In your everyday snacks you should choose healthy things because your body might not work as well as it did before you ate. Since I am part mexican I like snacks that are from mexico or that are spicy. Like I like to eat corn with hot sauce and mayonnaise. This might not be that healthy for you but it has some healthy things like the corn. Mayonnaise is not that healthy for you it has some things like a lot of eggs and oil. Another thing I eat is peanuts with lime and hot sauce. This is healthy and good but I am not really sure if the hot sauce is good for your body. I also know that dark chocolate is good and it is healthy for you so there is a plus on that. Another thing that I heard was that dark chocolate can actually help you live longer. The last thing that I am going to tell you about is fruit juice I make. I throw peeled fruits and vegetables in a blender and mix it for an after school drink. I know that this is healthy and taste great.

    Each day you eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner sometimes you may eat some other snacks too. When you eat I know that there is a certain number of calories you should consume each day. When you eat you have to know what you are eating. You should know if the food is healthy or is not healthy. For example you should eat a lot of vegetables instead of cheetos. If you just ate junk you would not be healthy and would not be you would be fat. At my house I sometimes don’t want to eat my veggies. But no problem because I mix strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries with kale, celery, broccoli, and lettuce. If you put a lot of berries in the shake it won’t taste bad. You gather all of those fruits and veggies toss them into the blender and blend them until it is nice and smooth.
    I think that is important that you eat vitamins. There is a lot of vitamins in veggies fruit and in meat. If you don’t drink milk you are not getting enough calcium. Meat is also important for you to eat but at the same time it is not as healthy. When you eat a lot of meat the nutrients out of the healthy food you ate. Fast food is horrible it is artificial food. There is no fast food restaurant that is a 100 % healthy for you. You should choose wisely from the food you eat. Choose to eat healthy not junk food. It has a lot of preservatives whereas vegetables and fruit are all natural.

  18. Most people don’t know what they are putting in there bodies it is good to read about what you are putting in your body. Do you even know what you are putting in your body?
    When i eat my food each day i know that my food is good for me and has alot of nutrients because i read if this is good for me or it is bad for me. So it is good to know what you are eating like if you know that you are eating something and you are on diabetes and you half to look at what you are eating and if it is good for you or not .
    And there are kinds of food from lots of other countries like african people like to eat lamb like I am from sudan and I eat lots of lamb and elk and like chinese people eat chinese food and Mexicans eat mexican food. So now you know what I mean. And lots of kinds of sweets are good for you like dark chocolate and water is healthy for you because it has nutrients so it will get you hydrated and you body will run just fine. And all the milk,water,lamennade ,and all the good.

  19. Lot of the time people don’t know what they put in their body. You eat three meals a day. 1 is breakfast. It is the most important food of the day because that’s the food that starts your day well. I eat Jimmy dean. It is made of egg, turkey sausage. Turkey sausage is healthier than beef sausage. Everything you eat has chaleries. Food contain some types carbohydrate. It is energy. Inside of the energy it has sugar. Most of the time people don’t know how much they eat. If it is little bit health, but if you several plates of the food it is too much. If you add all of those calories it is worth of eating fat food. For example, butters is made out of dairy. The dairy has fats, so my parents get the 64 percent of oil. More than half of the butter is made out of oil. Oil is better than fat dairy. So it balance out that oil and dairy make one balance. People who needs to be healthier have individual help For example, my dad need help in how much sugar he eats. The lower the carbohydrate the better for him. The carbohydrate contain energy while sugar. Going to Golden Corral, you can eat healthy. The restaurant is not health for you. By eating salad and sweet potato help you not gain any fat weight. Eating the health thing too much is not good for you. Not in a fat way or something. By the way muscle weigh more than fat.

  20. Dear, Mr.Moore, when it comes to the food I eat each day, I know that takis have a lot of calories. Another thing I eat is celachles and it is a tortilla with cheese and with oil. I eat Mexican food wherever I go but not here at school. I think everyone eats fruit and vegetables, if you don’t then that is bad. I think calories is important because you need to know. Another thing that is important to me is salt and the fatness. Another thing is that if you don’t eat healthy you will get fat. On the other hand you will get diabetes. It is bad if you do not eat healthy things. Did you know that butter is a dairy.

    I do know what I eat. Today I ate Noodles: grains with meat balls (cow) with sauce ( tomatoes, onions, garlic, green peppers, ect. ) It’s important to know what you eat and what they have in it. One reason is because my mom is allergic to red onions and so am I. So I have to be careful what I eat and what foods that I make.
    I think it is important to watch what you eat because somethings can say that they're good for you but there loaded with fats, sodium (salt), calories, and many other things that are bad for you. You should always eat healthy. Milk is good for you when you're young it doesn’t help much when you're older. Milk helps your bones build calcium. When you break a bone calcium is what helps prevent it from happening. It’s very important to watch what you eat!

    When it comes too food I eat each day, I know that I eat 3 meals a day and I eat cereal and fruit for breakfast every day. I eat different things for lunch. For dinner I eat alot of mexican food like mostly tamales, and tacos, soup I think that these are somewhat healthy and unhealthy. I think the most Unhealthy thing I eat is taki’s and candy why I think theses are unhealthy because they give you no nutrient which you need too stay healthy and when you eat takis its all salt which is bad for you. Candy is the worst for you because it is all sugar which is so unhealthy.
    What I think is important about the food we eat is that some of it is healthy with nutrients and vitamins and some of it is unhealthy with too much salt and or sugar and I think we shouldn’t eat fast food. I think that people should actually eat more Dark chocolate because it is healthy for you and it is better than eating regular chocolate but yo should only eat a little or else it is unhealthy.

    I know about the food I eat each day by some foods are healthy and some foods are not. How we know the food is healthy or not there are nutrition facts on the back of a cereal it will say the serving size for the food or cereal. Also there are ingredients on the back of the food some ingredients might be good some might not. Also you might know what is junk food and healthy food. Junk food for example is candy and healthy food which are vegetables will make everyone strong and tall and maybe fast.


    I think it is important about what/how we choose to eat because if we don’t eat vegetables we would be weak and have no health. If we eat healthy we would be strong and maybe live over a 100 years. In Mexico when it rain there are these insects that just fly everywhere. It’s like a swarm there are millions of them everyone goes outside and hit them when it stops they finally have a insect lunch and dinner. Also how it is important is that we might also die from just eating junk food.

    I eat breakfast lunch and dinner every day. If you don’t know what you are putting in your body that is a real problem. I also know that when you eat fruit and vegetables that you get all the nutritions from it. You get most of the vitamins that we get are from food that are in the food pyramid. We don’t get much vitamins from junk food that we eat. You usually know if it is healthy for you by the look of it. If you don’t know the ingredients to the stuff you eat of drink you can look on the back of the box/package. A good way to stay healthy is to set a goal each day. It could be 1,000 calories a day. Most times I don’t like to eat my vegetables so I just ask my mom to replace it with fruit. It is okay to eat chocolate and ice cream every once and awhile. The only reason for that is you need sugar in your bloodstream. If you eat too much you will start to get all these complications. You can get a heart attack, diabetes and you can get fat.
    The things that are important are how much we eat or drink and how much we eat and how we make the food or drink. Something that is very important is that you eat one vitamine a day. Most vitamins have A, C, and D. It is also really important that you drink milk if you don’t then you aren't getting enough calcium. If you don’t eat the right thing that are healthy for you then you start to get lazy and fat. That leads to a whole new level like you won’t be active. It is also good to eat fruit and vegetables they contain more than just vitamins.

  25. What do you already know about the food you eat each day?


    What I know about the food I eat each day is if it’s healthy or not, if it contains a lot of sugar or not, if it has vitamins in it, and if its fruit or vegetables. Foods I eat are kiwi, bananas, smoothies, granola bars, eggs, sweet potatoes, kidney beans, corn, yogurt ,and ect.

    I think watching the carbs you eat in the food we choose to eat. I think how healthy you eat is important about how we eat. I eat really healthy. At the beginning of the year my mom decided that we should try new things that are a lot healthier than we were eating. Now I’ve been doing MMA class and we’ve been getting a lot of bananas, kiwi, and smoothes. MMA is a mixt marsols art. I have a smotes all most every day. I drink a smoothie Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday, and sometimes I just drink one for fun or to have a snack. Another healthy drink I have some times is juiced fruit and vegetables.

    When it comes too food I eat each day, I know that I eat 3 meals a day and I eat cereal and fruit for breakfast every day. I eat different things for lunch. For dinner I eat alot of mexican food like mostly tamales, and tacos, soup I think that these are somewhat healthy and unhealthy. I think the most Unhealthy thing I eat is taki’s and candy why I think theses are unhealthy because they give you no nutrient which you need too \tay healthy and when you eat takis its all salt which is bad for you. Candy is the worst for you because it is all sugar which is so unhealthy.
    What I think is important about the food we eat is that some of it is healthy with nutrients and vitamins and some of it is unhealthy with too much salt and or sugar and I think we shouldn’t eat fast food. I think that people should actually eat more Dark chocolate because it is healthy for you and it is better than eating regular chocolate but you should only eat a little or else it is unhealthy.

    What I know about my food that I eat is that it is not always healthy. Like takis,candy,hot cheetos, etc. But some of the things that I eat are healthy like fruits and vegetables. But like some cereal is healthy and some is not so much. But some food is not ordinary like squid and cow tongue or things like that but some of the things that you could eat could be based on the religion. Or things like that. But some things I eat like tamales or rice with tortilla.
    I think that food is important about how we choose to eat the food that we like or the healthy food. Like I like takis and they are not good for me then I like apples and oranges and they are really good for me. I think the thing we eat are important because if we don’t eat good then we will get fat and lazy and are blood pressure will go down that is why we need to eat healthy and maybe once in awhile we can eat bad but not all the time.

    I know that because when i’m at my dads work i eat enchiladas it has too much meet. I and soda has too much sugar in that but the calories are is a lot. Milk Is good for you because when you drink milk you get stronger. Chocolate is the same thing of milk but chocolate has sugar not too much. That white bread does not have wheat. Hot Cheetos are health for if you do not eat it a lot. I love soda but i do not drink a lot of it because you can get diabetes.
    Mount due has a 170 calories and oger 26 that is a lot of sugar. Water is is good for you because it help you live and it does not have sugar or calories too. If you eat meat do not it makes you fat but it is still good but you can have a tummy ache. Veggies is good for health because you can get health.
