  2. Dear Mr. Moore,
Response No. 1: A tornado forms when a) when cool, dry air and hot, moist air collide. This creates a thunderstorm, and while the lightning is crackling, sometimes the storm creates a funnel cloud, which can rotate, turning it into a tornado.
Response No. 2: I would feel scared as a rabbit with a fox outside its hole. However, I would also be morbidly fascinated by the terrible destruction the storm has wrought.

  6. Dear Mr.Moore,
The first and only step for a tornado to form is when cold and very dry air and warm and moist air collide into each other. If I ever was near a tornado I would be as scared as a cat stuck on a tree.

A tornado forms from a funnel at first but there is rain and Lightning which forms a thunderstorm then there is hail which will form a funnel and that's when the tornado happens but not always. I have seen a tornado and i was as scared as a cat.

  9. Dear Mr.Moore,

1.Tornadoes start from funnel clouds. The funnel clouds start when hot moist air and cool dry air colliding. 2.I would get such a rush if I saw a tornado because I know they are extremely deadly and that I could get swept up like dirt gets swept up by a broom.

  11. Dear Mr.Moore,
The first step for a tornado to form is to have cold air and hot air mixed together. Next, the hot air and cold air fight together and they rotate and it will turn into a tornado with the hot air and cold air. I feel terrified to be near a tornado because the tornado winds are very strong and they can take you or anything else.

The first step for a tornado is that the hot and cold collide and keep chasing each other and then you can see funnel clouds and lightning and then the tornado starts to rotate and destroys a lot of stuff. If I were in a real tornado I would scream my pants of and I would feel like I was going to to be destroyed bye one I would also be exited because I would bee seeing one!!!

This is great! Thanks for your comment! You really did a great job, but be careful with your spelling. "Bee" and "exited" are spelled correctly but they are the wrong words. I think you meant to write "be" and "excited."

The way that a tornado forms is when a cool air and hot, dry, damp air bumps or collides into each other. Then it may pass or start a whether storm such as a a funnel cloud. If I saw a tornado I would be used to it because I have been through a lot of them.

  16. Dear East Dragon Den,
That was a good way to set directions. This is how a tornado forms. First, the tornado starts to rotate faster and faster and forms in a funnel cloud. Next, once the tornado lands of the Earth's surface,
severe damage with thunderstorms of lightning begins. That is how I might tell how a tornado forms. But, how would I feel if I saw a tornado in action? You must think i am insane because it would be as awesome as going to the top of MT Everest!!

  22. Dear Mr. Moore,

I read how tornadoes form. First, there is warm wet air and cold dry air and they collide into each other. Then, it starts to rotate and it forms a funnel cloud. I once saw a tornado and I was scared we were coming back from New Mexico and we were side by side I just kept saying "tomato tomato" but I meant to say tornado and I had speech problems and I felt scared and panicked. It was a tiny tornado.
